Charges have been laid in relation to the flood that caused severe damage to a high-rise apartment building at 928 Beatty Street on January 21st.
Twenty-four year old Salvador Villarreal-Gomez has been charged with mischief over $5000.
As the investigation is on-going and the matter is now before the court, there will be no additional information for release.
