The victim of Vancouver’s most recent murder has been identified as Justin Pauwat Chan.
The body of the 26-year-old Richmond man was found wrapped in a sleeping bag along the banks of the Fraser River on Monday.
Homicide investigators continue to probe the circumstances leading up to Chan’s death.
