One man is dead in Vancouver’s 8th homicide of 2010.
At about 8:15 p.m. on the evening of September 23rd, one man was shot while inside the Happy Blossom Restaurant at 2052 Kingsway. Officers arrived and found the man deceased.
There are no suspects in custody and there are no suspect descriptions at this early stage in the investigation. Detectives from the VPD Homicide Section are interviewing a number of witnesses and working to piece together all of the details.
No one else was injured and this appears, at this time, to be a targeted shooting. The victim has yet to be positively identified.
