Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a 48 year old man wanted Canada-wide for being unlawfully at large.

Mosesee Nowdluk is a six-time federal offender with an extensive criminal history. He was released from custody yesterday on a long-term supervision order after serving more than 10 years for assault, break-and-enter, arson with disregard for human life and assault with a weapon.

Nowdluk failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house for his curfew and is unlawfully at large. He is described as Aboriginal, 5’6″ tall and 176 lbs., with tattoos of a teardrop on his cheek, two roses on his right forearm, a bird on the left forearm and a star on his chest. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown t-shirt, blue jeans and black runners with red laces.

Anyone who sees or has information on the whereabouts of Mosesee Nowdluk is asked not to approach him, but call 9-1-1 immediately.
