The Vancouver Police have located Jason Bresnahan, the high-risk sexual offender who was wanted for being unlawfully at large.
Yesterday, the Vancouver Police appealed to the public to help locate thirty-nine-year-old Jason Bresnahan after he failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house and was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
