Update: Arrested April 2, 2015
Vancouver Police are continuing their appeal to help locate a man who is wanted for questioning in connection with Vancouver’s third homicide of 2015.
On March 3rd, the body of a mother of five, 36-year-old Crystal Rose Paul, was found in the basement suite of a home on East 22nd Avenue near Main Street.
Police believe that Daniel Paul, 42, may have crossed the border into the US, and he continues to evade authorities.
Contrary to media reports, Daniel Paul has not been located in connection with any other ongoing investigation in the United States.
Daniel Paul is Aboriginal, 5’8″ tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and short black hair. On his left arm, he has tattoos of an eagle, a rat, a knife, a skull and a buffalo. On his right arm, he has tattoos of a skull with a rose and a heart.
Recently, the Vancouver Police Department announced a reward of up to $10,000 dollars for information leading to the arrest of Paul.
