Vancouver Police continue to investigate after a body wrapped in a sleeping bag was discovered on Monday afternoon on the banks of the Fraser River.
An autopsy has been completed and the death of this man has been confirmed as a homicide. The murder is believed targeted and there is nothing to suggest the general public are at risk.
