Vancouver Police are investigating the discovery of a body on the seawall at Stanley Park between Second and Third Beach.
Officers were called to the area just before 11 p.m. last night, where they located a deceased man. The death is being treated as a homicide, and the VPD’s Major Crime Section is investigating.
