Just after 2 p.m. this afternoon, VPD officers spotted a stolen 1992 Honda Civic being driven in the area of Abbott Street and Keefer Street. The Civic was pinned by a K-9 officer to prevent its escape. A White Rock man in his 20s has been arrested. There were no injuries, and two other vehicles suffered minor damage.
