Vancouver – Vancouver Police have identified the victim in this year’s seventh homicide as Richard William Hooper.
Hooper, 59, died in hospital Monday, after being stabbed during an incident inside a home near Joyce Street and Vanness Avenue on May 22.
Rajesh Narayan, 38, was arrested nearby and has been charged with second-degree murder.
